we developed this project with respect for the history of milos and the timeless architecture of the cyclades.

during the creation of the shelter, our vision was to uniquely revive the traditional cycladic aesthetic within a modern context, as we collectively move toward the future.

the shelter offers an exclusive experience of relaxation and serenity, in a private location in adamantas, bathed in sunlight and overlooking the aegean sea.

the island

in 1830, milos was officially incorporated into the newly established greek state. the first recorded settlement on the island dates back to 7000 BC, during the early neolithic period.

milos is a volcanic island located in the southwestern part of the aegean sea, rich in minerals such as obsidian, bentonite, and perlite.

the island features a selection of idyllic beaches with deep blue waters, warm sand, and stunning views—where sea and sun come together in perfect harmony. exploring milos reveals a unique collection of natural landscapes, from the lunar-like formations of sarakiniko to picturesque fishing villages such as mandrakia and klima.
